These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ATLAS platform ("ATLAS", the "Service") provided by RYZO ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) break the law or infringe others' rights; (b) upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; (c) misuse AI features to generate unlawful content; (d) reverse engineer or resell the Service except as permitted; or (e) submit content you don't have the right to share.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the projects, documents, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you and the collaborators you designate — including transmitting relevant content to AI providers as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. AI features
KLOK and other AI features are provided to assist you. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is not professional, legal, financial, or investment advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI output before relying on it.
5. Third-party services
The Service integrates optional third-party services (e.g., Google, Apple, storage, e-signature, LLM providers). Your use of those is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for them.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks (RYZO, ATLAS, KLOK), is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; no other rights are granted.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8. Limitation of liability
